Storage and organisation
We designed a slotted wall panel profile in SolidWorks, together with the hook accessories that lock into it. The profile was developed for aluminium extrusion, with an interlocking lip so panels join edge to edge, and slot geometry that holds accessories securely under load.
Healthcare and medical devices, our own product
Our own product: a cheiroscope, an instrument used in vision therapy. We designed it and make it in-house. The body is bent from sheet metal and finished in gloss black, with twin eyepiece lenses and an angled mirror inside. It sits on a base made from zinc plated mild steel sheet metal parts, and is assembled with stainless steel fasteners.
Material handling
A mobile stand that holds four cable drums, two at the front and two at the back. Each drum can weigh 50 kg or more, so moving them one at a time is hard work. With up to four gauges of wire on one trolley, a technician wheels the whole stand to the job and cuts cable straight from the drums, and the workshop gains floor space. The frame is welded from square tube, with removable axles and swivel casters.
Textile industry
A trolley for moving large bobbins around a textile mill, whether they are full of yarn or empty. Two large-radius bends in steel tube form a deep cradle that holds a full load of bobbins securely, braced with cross tubes and fitted with push handles at the top. We build it in two versions: on nylon wheels, or on swivel casters.
Furniture and home décor
Three stands in bent square tube that can be arranged as tiers or used on their own. The crossbars bolt on, so the stands pack flat for shipping and assemble at home.
Automotive and workshop equipment
A low rolling seat for workshop use. A formed sheet metal seat and tool tray sit on a welded rectangular tube frame, powder coated and fitted with swivel casters.
Workshop equipment
A range of custom mobile trolleys built almost entirely from bent tube. Each design combines round and square tube in different sizes and wall thicknesses, CNC bent, welded, zinc plated and assembled on swivel casters. Bends stay consistent across a production run, so identical units nest neatly together.
Hardware and components
Steel rods with a flat eye plate at one end and a threaded stud at the other, welded and zinc plated, supplied in batches ready for assembly.
